A unique architectural complex for private residence located in St. Petersburg region from the architectural bureau "Yudin and Novikov". There was created an architectural ensemble including a main house with an area of 1200 sq. m. and premises of household and technical services with an area of 350 sq.m. Each of them are located on the plot of 1.5 hectares. A SPA complex, various baths, as well as a swimming pool have been realized in the project of the house in addition to general and private zones.
